CityLife MinistryTrax (Night Classes) Enrolment Form

Online enrolments will be accepted up until 20 July 2010.

Students who missed this cut off date should now attend Enrolment Day. MinistryTrax enrolments night for 2010, will be held at CityLife Church, 20th July 7pm, in meeting room 1.

If you are unable to attend Enrolment Day you may contact Judith Coburn (9871 8341) regarding late enrolment. However, please be aware that a late enrolment penalty of $50 per unit will apply. You will be emailed an invoice for this fee with directions for payment.

To enrol in the Diploma in Christian Ministry and Theology you must first have completed the Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology.

Student's choosing to make upfront payment will receive an invoice from CityLife with directions for payment. Payment must be made prior to classes commencing.

Student's choose to defer payment through FEE-HELP should check their eligability on the www.goingtouni.gov.au website. They must also submit a FEE-HELP request form if they have not done so already.

The cost of Certificate and Diploma level units for non overseas students in 2010 is $205 per credit point unit.

The cost of Bachelor level units for non overseas students in 2010 is $1,230 per 6 credit point unit.
