One Semester Unit
Enrols but withdraws on or before the census date. WN Penalty fee for unit withdrawal. Any tuition fees paid are refunded.
Enrols, commences and withdraws after the census date but up to and including week
11 of delivery, and submits a signed Unit Withdrawal Form before the end of the
11th week of delivery.		 WN Forfeit of the full unit fee incurred (unless special extenuating circumstances
as prescribed by the Higher Education Support Act 2003 apply).
Enrols, commences and withdraws after the census date and between weeks 12-16 of delivery, and submits a signed Enrolment Variation Form before the end of the 16th week of delivery. WF Forfeit of the full unit fee incurred (unless special extenuating circumstances as prescribed by the Higher Education Support Act 2003 apply).
One Term Units
Enrols but withdraws on or before the census date. WN Penalty fee for unit withdrawal. Any tuition fees paid are refunded.
Enrols, commences and withdraws after the census date but up to and including week 5 of delivery, and submits a signed Unit Withdrawal Form before the end of the 5th week of delivery. WN Forfeit of the full unit fee incurred (unless special extenuating circumstances
as prescribed by the Higher Education Support Act 2003 apply).
Enrols, commences and withdraws after the census date and in weeks 6 - 7 of delivery, and submits a signed Enrolment Variation Form before the end of the 7th week of delivery. WF Forfeit of the full unit fee incurred (unless special extenuating circumstances as prescribed by the Higher Education Support Act 2003 apply).
Units with values of 9 or 12 credit points delivered over two semesters
Each part for which an enrolment is entered will be dealt with according to the rules for 6cp and 3cp units described above.
Winter and Summer Intensives
Enrols but does not commence. WN Penalty fee for unit withdrawal. Any tuition fees paid are refunded.

Saturday Plus Classes

Please note that a student may not withdraw from a unit after the last day of delivery.
