Tabor Victoria is governed by a Board of Diectors:

• Mr Bill Simpson (Chairperson) Bill is an elder at Life Ministry Center. He joined the Board of Tabor in 1992.
• Mr Kirk Franklin (Vice-Chairperson Kirk is the Executive Director of Wycliffe International. He joined the Board of Tabor in 2005.
• Mr Neil Flavel – Neil is a Taxation Consulting specialist with over 20 years specialist experience including Tax Consulting He joined the Board of Tabor in 2004.
• Rev Peter Leigh – Peter is Executive Minister of the CityLife church. He joined the Board of Tabor in 2006.
• Mr Jensen Ma – Jensen is a registered migration agent who has been practicing as an immigration lawyer since 1988. He joined the Board of Tabor in 2004
• Rev Cheryl Osment – Is the Executive Minister at Careforce Church. She joined the Board of Tabor in 2007
• Rev Andrew Menzies – Andrew is the Pastor of Camberwell Baptist Church. He joined the Board of Tabor in 2007
